It is a register of companies licensed to trade petroleum materials as defined in Law No. 14 of 2017 on the trading of petroleum products and its Executive Regulations No. 35 of 2019, which is one of the conditions for obtaining a license for those who wish to obtain a trading license for petroleum materials in the UAE.
